Scammer iPad

The incident happened last year, I saw a TikTok post of letting go their iPad. I tried to bought an ipad from that account. The full price that time was RM1325. The seller said can only pickup or postage only. Then after deal was made, i paid RM500 first. He said he would make a postage after that. Then he was nowhere to be found, the number cannot be call, said the number does not register for whatsapp. He blocked me on TikTok. Not sure if the account were still active but that time, even after scamming me, he were still promoting ipads.
